Pursuant to the Document: "The Action Plan declares specific methods and mechanism for implementation of social and economic, and political reforms, realization of State cultural and international initiatives. It represents the Action Plan of the coalition Government for the period of its authority".
The Government declares the basic strategic guidelines of economic policy as follows:
offering economic incentives to the establishment of competitive manufactures in Ukrainian industry, transfer of technologies and innovation activity;
increase of revenue and extended remuneration share in the cost composition due to enhanced labour efficiency;
creation of conditions for realization of nation´s human potential due to the European standards;
orientation of social strategy for growth of human resource through development of science and education, culture, healthcare;
consolidation of ownership institute as a basis of economy market system;
all-round support of entrepreneurship as a main motive force of social and economic development;
development of competition as a main motive force for economic efficiency enhancement.
The People´s Deputies will discuss the said and the other statements of the Action Plan at the Committee meeting at 12 am.
